The mainstream power ratings of air-cooled models on the market: 800W / 1000W / 1200W / 1500W / 2000W

The maximum wind-cooled power is 2000W. There is no 2500W/3000W wind-cooled models. For high-power and high-load applications, water cooling is recommended.
The principle of air-cooled cooling core
Abandoning water cooling machines, water tanks, and circulation piping systems, this design adopts matrix heat sinks combined with high-speed centrifugal fans to force air convection, directly removing the heat from the laser and welding gun; the entire machine integrates an integrated cooling system, requiring no water, antifreeze, or coolant, and can be used immediately upon power-on.

The entire machine weighs 25-40kg and is compact in size; it is suitable for construction barriers, outdoor advertising, high-altitude maintenance, and on-site equipment repair; water-cooled machines typically weigh 80-120kg and cannot be used for off-site construction.
2. Zero waterway maintenance, extremely low operation cost
There is no risk of water leakage, scale formation, or freezing damage; no need to replace water or antifreeze regularly; only once every half a year is it necessary to clean the dust from the heat dissipation fins; small businesses and individual entrepreneurs are the preferred choice.
3. Start welding immediately, no waiting
For water-cooled machines, it is necessary to preheat the water temperature; in winter, the waiting time is longer; for air-cooled machines, they start working immediately upon power-on and can be turned off at any time, with higher intermittent production efficiency.
